The portfolio combines products originating from the European Union and the Republic of South Africa with international distribution activities involving goods from Asia and South America.
From Source Market to Customer
The commercial process is designed around a direct relationship between the source of the goods and their final business destination.
Once the terms of a transaction have been agreed, products are supplied according to the conditions established in the relevant commercial contract.
This creates a straightforward flow:
Manufacturer or Supplier
→ International Delivery
→ Final Customer
The precise delivery arrangement may differ from one transaction to another depending on the agreed contractual terms.
Three Principal Trading Directions
Our activities are built around three clearly defined sources of supply, each forming part of the wider international trading portfolio.
Products from the European Union
Products originating from Member States of the European Union are purchased for export to foreign markets.
This area covers goods sourced within the EU and intended for commercial use outside their market of origin.
Products from the Republic of South Africa
Products originating from the Republic of South Africa are purchased for export to customers in foreign markets.
This trading direction also provides the basis for the international sale of selected South African agricultural and food products.
Products from Asia and South America
Products originating from Asia and South America are purchased for international distribution.
These markets form an additional source of goods within the overall trading portfolio and extend the geographical scope of the company's commercial activities.
Direct Where Appropriate
A significant part of the trading model is based on direct deliveries between the manufacturer or supplier and the final customer.
Goods may therefore move directly from their source to the customer without unnecessary intermediate handling.
Depending on the individual transaction, delivery may be carried out through a standard international logistics provider or directly by the manufacturer.
The selected method is agreed separately for each commercial contract.
